Great service at the bar. Food was good. Big portions. Cocktails were very tasty. Definitely come check this place out.

I thoroughly enjoy dining at this establishment in New Haven for its Indian cuisine. While it has consistently remained my favorite spot, I believe there are opportunities for further refinement to achieve an even more authentic taste. For instance, the dum Biryani fell short of my expectations; the rice lacked moisture and failed to incorporate the delicate blend of spices. Moreover, the Chicken Naan resembled more of a pizza flavor profile.On a slightly disappointing note, the desi tea did not live up to its reputation. It arrived at our table nearly cold, leaving much to be desired in terms of its traditional flavor. The $5 price tag for the tea felt disproportionate considering the overall experience. Although we brought this concern to the attention of the staff, their responsiveness was not as receptive as anticipated.Despite these areas for improvement, I genuinely appreciate the delicious flavors I've encountered at this establishment, particularly the Sikh kabab and chat, which have left a lasting impression.

So good for the vegetarian and vegan people.Kid-friendliness: They have kids menu as well which is good for the kids, nothing other than that specific.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to enter the restaurant as it’s located close to the street.

Cute and cozy restaurant tucked in a side alley. With patio and very unique decorated resturant. I love how they had collection of bicycles hanging from the ceiling as a lighting fixture.The food was out of this world, indian street food. I love how we had samples of all sorts.We had chaat dogs, vada paz sliders, bhel puri, gobi pakora, plain and garlic naan. Those were the vegan, vegetarian dishes.We also had the butter chicken.We also enjoy a plum cocktail and indian beer named Rupee.

I could have given 0 stars to it. Worst place to eat. Me and my husband went there. We ordered chole bhature and dosa.I have never seen in my life thick sambhar with no taste. With oily dosa filling with big chunks of potatoes. Overall, 0 out 10. I don’t even eat it.On other hand, they gave only one bhatura, bc usually there are 2 bhaturas.Choley are very oily and weird taste.I don’t like this restaurant.I am attaching a photo, everyone can see, THICK TASTELESS DOSA.
