Dunkin' - New Haven

This is the worst place to visit! The staff can't get the order right. There is always a shortage of ingredients and something is always missing. The employees are always chatting and not paying attention to customers at all.

Sometimes slow, sometimes quick service.Depends on which employees are more interested in carrying conversations with other employees.

This Dunkin' Donuts location is fantastic! They have a wide selection, everything was made perfectly, and they offer energy drinks unlike anywhere else. The staff is incredibly friendly, fast, and cheerful, making for an overall wonderful experience.

I ordered food through uber and I didn't get the whole meal. They only sent a drink that by the way did not have a straw for you. It gives me so much courage, they already go several times with the same thing. tried to contact me but no one answered. THEY SHOULD CLOSE IT. How irresponsible of the people who work there.

They can't understand that a little cream is just that.theyload it up,if you say dark they give it black,not asking for much especially when im paying for it
