Dalegna X Nolo - New Haven

I would give this place 4.5 stars, but I'm rounding it up to 5! The pizza was incredible. I went there twice; the first time was great, but the second visit was truly phenomenal. I went on a Monday night when it wasn't too busy, and they crafted the pizza perfectly. I wouldn't mind if the staff knew a bit more about the pizza oven, but overall, I absolutely love this place. *Don’t let Modern know I’ve been cheating on them!

We ordered a pepperoni pizza and a potato pizza, and both were excellent. The pepperoni pizza featured a fantastic sauce and perfectly cupped pepperoni. I did find the crust to be a bit lacking in strength, but overall, it was a wonderful experience. I would rate this a 9.1 out of 10.

I absolutely love how thin and crispy the pizzas are at this restaurant! You must try the honey pot pizza—it’s both sweet and savory at the same time. The cheese, sausage, and other toppings are perfectly balanced. The crust is cooked to perfection as well. I never realized how well honey pairs with pizza until I had it here!

The food here is amazing, I haven't had these types of pizzas. Also the drink are also very good. I like the style this place has. I would have giving it a 5 stars but I found mold on my ice. For a suggestion just don't ask for ice in your drinks.

The surprise hit of our trip. The pizza here was outstanding. Sauce was robust, bursting with flavor. The cheese was melty, stringy, stretchy and the perfect kind of salty. Service was great too. Highly recommend this place.
