Food is not bad, Chicken was juicy and their potato salad and rice and beans are actually very good. My issue with this establishment is their customer service. I ordered almost $30 worth of food and asked for extra aji verde sauce which was met with no objection. When I left the restaurant and arrived home I only discovered 1 sauce cup. When I called to ask if I could come back to get extra sauce their response was extra sauce is $1 extra per cup we only give 1 with food Why not tell me that when i 'm cashing out I would have happily paid the extra $1 besides the fact that this practice is extremely petty (increase your prices if 1-2 extra salsas are cutting into your margins) furthermore this seems like a tight knit community of Ecuadorians that are not very fond of other cultures. If you aren 't Ecuadorian looking you get funny looks and treated differently than their own

Terrible experience! nothing to do with what they were 4 years ago. The portion of the meat does not equal the price they sell it for. I definitely didn't feel like I was eating barbecue. A slice of ham is the same as the 3 pieces of meat I received Recommended dishes: Mix Grill

I’m going to give the food five stars because I’ve never had it. I called today to place my first order for the first time a lady name Rosa answer the phone. I had a question between two of their plates. Rosa stated she was too busy to answer any of my questions and proceeded to hang up the phone. I called again she did not answer. I called the third time asking for the manager and she stated the manager left and hung up the phone It’s a shame because I heard really good things about the food however, service needs to improve since the service is also the face of the restaurant
