Pinz is a cool place for children and adults. Eat , drink, and games. There is no other place like this in utica. Fun!

Overpriced food, and drinks. Unattentive server. Balls stuck at end of lane took 15 minutes to get that fixed. For the amount paid for shoe rentals and per person cost they should have done something for us.Everything is new and clean. For now. I've been here a few times with my 4year old daughter. This time we did the whole experience. Feels like I was bent over.For the prices. I'll have to pass on going back for drinks or food ever again. Rent at Sangertown Square must be ? high. $7 Guinness draft, $20 appetizer sampler that was sub par.Hopefully, they make improvements.Update:Been going here a lot for the games with my daughter. Well kept. New games.

Their vegan food is NOT vegan. They have a vegan section for crying out loud!!! If they don't make changes and provide vegan food as advertised they are looking for a serious lawsuit!!!

Food terrible! Our waitress argued w/her boyfriend for an hour while we waited for our overcooked/cold food! No place I'd ever go again!
