Dunkin' - NEW HARTFORD

I had an excellent experience with the quick service at this restaurant. It's refreshing to see employees who take pride in their work, especially in terms of presentation and customer interaction. The place is very clean and well-organized, with everything in its proper place. My daughter just had her first sip of the Girl Scout caramel coconut coffee, and her reaction was priceless—she exclaimed, "Wow!" because it was that amazing!

I really enjoy the large coffee here and wish it were open 24 hours a day!

This Dunkin' is located on Burrstone Rd in New Hartford. A friend treated me to a decaf coffee with no sweetener and French vanilla cream, along with a small hash brown. Both items were delicious! The wait time in the drive-thru was quite reasonable, and the staff member who took our order was helpful and knowledgeable in answering our questions.
