Cavendish Lobster Shack - New Glasgow

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The lobster meal was the best and freshest we've ever had, melting in our mouths and cooked to perfection. We were lucky enough to be the last official customers of the season. Our server, Adam, was awesome and made the experience fantastic. Desiree also provided excellent service. The Seafood Chowder was amazing and we tried another place afterwards, but it just didn't compare. Every aspect of our dining experience, from the service to the food, was exceptional and exceeded our expectations.

This is the best lobster roll I have ever had! The portion sizes were great for the prices and the service was excellent. This is a must-stop on the island for a lobster roll. The kid-friendly options are well-priced with good portion sizes.

The lobster roll was delicious, though on the smaller side. The children's fish and chips were tasty. Overall, a decent restaurant for basic seafood dishes.

Food was terrible. The fish was over cooked. My husband ordered clams and he got 4 clam necks on his plate (they were also over cooked). Waitress was friendly. The place looked really run down.

Seafood platter was absolutely perfect. My daughter got the angus burger and said it was one of the best burgers she’s ever had. Highly recommend!
