Fresh healthy food at affordable prices. Very recommended.

I went for the first time today and when I went in the atmosphere, I was alive and happy. We went to the counter and was told by a very nice waitress that we could have a place. After we set ourselves, a waitress brought us a menu and there was a good selection of different plates to choose from. I have the CLT E and my friend have the Chipotle Wrap. We both have the soup of the day that was sweet potato chipotle lime. The soup was great, it was really very surprising. The texture was smooth and it was full of taste. My sandwich was delicious and I enjoyed the bread. My friend had nothing but good things to say about the Chipotle Wrap and also agreed that the soup was delicious. I would definitely recommend checking this scenic little cafe. I will definitely come back. The only negative thing that my friend and I both agreed was that when we went in, we found the cafe very warm and lacked air conditioning that would have been nice as we went there and the weather was very warm.

This a very small restaurant and a very popular restaurant. The food is all local. They have vegan and vegetarian options. Desserts looked really yummy. I was not able to sample them as I was too full. I had the garlic flatbread grilled cheese with Canadian bacon. Excellent food. Also had the veggie puree soup. Excellent as well. The service was great. All the staff was friendly. I would strongly recommend this restaurant.

Great little spot we found on our drive through Nova Scotia. Food is fresh, staff are friendly, atmosphere is wonderful and the decor details are thoughtful. Totally brightened up our rainy day.

In New Glasgow on the way to the Cabot Trail and on this little gem. The food was delicious.
