Culver's - New Glarus

The worst. There was a line so we tried the order at table option. Went through all the steps and the payment failed after five tries. Them the manager did absolutely nothing. Didn 't even apologize or try to place the order for us. Never again

I am lately so disappointed in this Culvers. I understand staffing is a problem in restaurants everywhere. I order take out usually once a week here and there seems to be mistakes in my orders for the last 5 to 6 months. I pay for things and they are the wrong size or not even in my order. I work in a restaurant and understand that take out is VERY hard work. Once the order is out the door you can't fix it. That means they should be checked very carefully so that your customers don't start getting upset about the service. I'm really starting to think it's not worth stopping here any more.

What a great Culvers one of you cleanest ones around. The G.M. (Santa) is a nice gay to have around and can always help you out to your car. This location is on the way to the dispensary so a must stop on the way back.

My experience here was satisfactory. I asked for cheese curds instead of fries, but I never got the curds. I didn't even get the fries that typically come with a meal. The tenders were still pretty yum so it's okay I guess.
