Contribuiți la feedbackI have been a loyal customer of Costa Lymington for the past 6 years, visiting 3 or 4 times a week. The staff have always been a cheerful part of my morning routine, until today. Over the last 8 months, there has been a particular lady who has been consistently rude when serving me. Despite this, I have overlooked it assuming she was busy and not focused on customer service. However, this morning, I encountered another staff member who was also rude. Despite the busy Tuesday morning, the other customers and I were patient and polite, yet their behavior towards us, including regulars like myself, was unacceptable. After spending between £60-90 a month at this establishment for 6 years, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. It is unfortunate to have to give up on Costa Lymington, but enough is enough. I urge the management to provide their staff with basic customer service training.
I stopped by for a coffee and a slice of cake. The service was courteous and fast, and the coffee was excellent. The café was clean and well-organized.
I visited this coffee shop in the summer and was surprised to find that they were operating on reduced hours. I would have expected a large chain like this to have sufficient coverage.
Nice coffee, but cakes tasted a little old. Toilet needed a little clean I would say. A few ciagrette left in the outside ashtrays as well
Use the Lymington Costa when ever I am in Lymington. Today though I wanted two Coffees with only half the amount of milk to give me three quarters of a cup. Very difficult for the young lady to understand this. What has happened to Max? He was excellent.
