I've been eating Carolina bbq for years and I love it. Your sauce is the best.

I saw a valorist here lying to someone because they gave a bad review. I'm not lying. I had carolina Bar-B-Que three times since we moved to aiken. the first two paintings were good. nothing extraordinary, but good. the last time I took this summer, I threw half a pound of grill in the mud. the sides were good, but the pulled swarm was muddy with almost no taste. I don't know what happened this day, but it was probably the worst I ever had in the carolinas. I wasn't back. dukes has been more consistent, but their sides lean more on cassolen. I'd rather have fresh squash with whistle and seasoned cooked than a cashrole. the most consistent drawn pig I found in this area was pot smokers on silver bluff road.

I leave only five stars because it is by far the best grill. But this person who left this negative assessment lies like hell. Looks like a Dukes fan is trying to throw some shadow, or either they couldn't taste it because they had Corona.

Went there today 1/29/2021 for 1st time in about a year. Food was horrendous. BBQ quality was bad. No taste to food. A waste of $10.

None better! Same as you remember it. I have been going since it opened. Their Hush Puppies are the best and they make perfect sweet tea. But what I go there for is the tender tasty pork barbeque cooked on site (look for the smoke! unique sauce on the side, and rice and hash. Great slaw, potato salad, mac and cheese (smoked with the bbq! , fried okra, fried squash, beans etc. Until COVID was buffet style. Take out is good too but I miss the buffet. Fingers crossed!
