Starbucks - New Delhi

Nice ambience and great staff. Lots of expresso roast option. Must try is Nitro Cold Brew and Cold Brews.

Excellent food and coffees of course. A cup of coffee from Starbucks is always good. Though the frappuccino drinks are mostly on the sweeter side. French press or pour over coffees are excellent.

Worst staff behaviour here... They dont know anything about customer service .... I visited here last week... I am from mumbai... I have visited many starbucks but the experience i got here was worst .. a staff maybe her name was Niti ... I ordered and rather than taking my order she gave order to other staff and then he told another one... At last someone attended me but he had no experience at all .. he couldn't even tell me the menu they have got... What kind of training are they provided... I dont think i have experienced such type of pathetic employees.... Why should we pay our money.. i was kept waiting for almost 10 minutes even the store was not that full ... Starbucks higher authorities must take action against their staffs .... This is not the way you guys treat us and waste our money and time.

Well maintained and very well spaced as well. Food was same as other outlets. The staff was very pushy suggesting to try new flavors though. Service was spot-on. Had a good time.
