Mimi's Gourmet Gelato - New Delhi

Stopping by at mimi's during Ice Cream City at Select City Walk i wanted to try something unusual and here i found The Red Wine Sorbet ice cream. Red wine taste some may find it bitter in taste but i found the awesomeness in it.

I ordered the Bailey's gelato over the weekend and it was absolutely divine. Highly recommend ordering Mimi's gelato to beat the excruciating Delhi heat!!

Great gelato is hard to come by in this city, so I am very thankful to have discovered this gem! The quality of gelato is determined by the two factors texture and flavor and Mimi excels in both respects. All the gelatos I tried were smooth, airy yet magically creamy at the same time. Their creations leave neither the watery taste on the tongue that most insipid varietals are prone towards, nor that milky residue that cause fatty ice creams to mask their flavor. Further, their flavor profile is varied, fun and full of surprises. I ordered several of outlandish flavors and while some emerged more favorable than other, all were delicious at the very least. Perhaps, the aspect that drew me most to their products was that it had an inherent artisan and small batch taste to them, assuring me that they were fresh and un adulterated. While they are still in the inchoate stages now, I am sure they will take the ice cream world by storm in the city soon.

Delicious gelato in a variety of flavours, delivered to your doorstep! Mimi's uses really fresh ingredients and all the gelatos are made-to-order. They deliver your order in 1-2 days and the minimum quantity is a 500ml tub. And they have so many delicious flavours. The classic flavours include strawberry, blueberry, peach, mint, wildberry, caramel, tiramisu, coconut, belgian chocolate and dark chocolate. Out of these, I have tried the wildberry, strawberry and belgian chocolate, all of which were very good. They also have fusion flavours like dark chocolate wasabi, dark chocolate orange, dark chocolate raspberry, chocolate chili peppers, honey ginger toasted black sesame, matcha green tea and masala latte. I have tried dark chocolate raspberry and chocolate chili peppers. I simply loved the chocolate chili peppers gelato. It's a must try.
