Fire N Ice Resto - New Delhi

Food quality is good and reasonable, but service is not so fast. They also serve alcohol in the family restaurant.

Well Behaved staff, polite and co operative, the food is mediocre not that good the prices are moderate (incl. alcohol), the toilets are clean and hygienic Overall had a good experience there.

Fire N Ice is a very good Restaurant and Bar. Restaurant is good for Family and get to gather with friends. It's also very good for Family function like small Birthday Party, Promotion Party, Office Meetings etc. But it's not for a big Party. Their is space problem. Waiters service is not good. Food was very good, specially paneer Manchurian gravy! Atmosphere wise, small place, suits male crowd more Highly disappointed with service, got overcharged with two drinks and management just kept on denying. Unhealthy management.

Although we did advance booking 4 days prior, still there arrangements werr pathetic. Service was the worst part food was okay still. They goofed up in bringing cutlery, need to request every single thing again n again. Service was so lousy. We were 25 odd guests sitting at corner but they were only focused on people with liquor. Don't trust them blindly simple. Go see the status. I went to this place 3rd time.. Previous 2 dining experience was still good but this one they literally screwed up everything
