Frank's Coffee Services - New Creek

When I pulled into the parking lot, I received an unsmiling look from a warehouse employee. After going inside to pick up my order, everything was satisfactory. I parked on the right side of the door, but all the parking lines are faded and need repainting; it’s hard to see them when you arrive. As I was getting ready to leave with my order, the warehouse employee asked me to park in a designated spot. I looked at the faded lines and explained that one spot was occupied by water bottles and the other had a customer in it, or I would have parked there as I usually do. He then made a snarky comment about there being two other parking spots available. I thought it would be more helpful if he focused on getting those lines repainted so that everyone could see them, rather than being cheeky with a customer. The main takeaway is that it’s important to have your facilities in order before making comments to customers. By the way, my parking didn’t block any nonexistent traffic.

The highlight of the experience is definitely the Roaring Springs Water and the coffee.
