John's Famous Bagels Deli - New City

The bagels are fantastic, but what truly stands out is the wonderful staff and their exceptional customer service.

The bagels were delicious and tasted fresh, even in the early afternoon!

This is honestly an unacceptable way to serve a bagel. Mine is so burnt that it’s completely black, and they think this is acceptable?

I relocated two years ago when John's was in a smaller space. The new location is fantastic—there’s plenty of room, chairs with outlets and charging ports, and TVs. The food is excellent as well. It’s truly a great spot in the area and definitely worth a visit!

The staff is always friendly. I really enjoy the bagels, and it's great that they consistently offer iced decaf coffee, which is hard to find elsewhere.
