Wendy's - New Castle

The night shift is absolutely horrible, not friendly at all, turn off there frosty machines early so they don’t have to stay and clean up, and almost every night they say there cash only probably so they don’t have to do any work lol ?

The worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Their service is terrible.

New queso fries are mid. Burnt on the top, tastes like I’m eating American cheese. 3 dollars for a small order of fries with burnt, flavorless queso on them. In this economy? I’m lucky they even got the order right. Still better than the flavorless burgers, though.As for the service, nothing new, once again. So many great teenagers looking for work in this town and they always seem to hire the ones who don’t want to be there. Ever. You pull up and they act like you’re a bigger waste of time than the time you’re wasting by waiting in line for a bunch of lukewarm chicken nuggets. Personally, I blame the managers. After several times hearing stories about them, from customers and ex staff members, seems like they spread the contagion of “head up my butt” disease.I almost wish their was an award for how quickly a restaurant can go downhill. This place used to be nice.Update: Went there again, my burger is completely pink inside. Called but no one answered. After seeing how their manager treats the employees from someone who was soft fired instead of the managers having half a ball to really tell her, I can easily see why the service is so poor and the food is half made. Imagine working for such a douche. Cross our fingers they get new management soon.

The bacon double stack burger was fresh and tasty but the french fries were soft and on the verge of being cold .

Want to tell me why every time I make it here 30 min before closing mind you it’s only ever been twice!! Ever! That the “card machine” is mysteriously broken? And unless I have cash I can’t get food? This sir has only been my 2nd time beating you before you close and I had my $8 cash for my one sandwich I wanted! THANK
