I don't usually leave comments or reviews, but I felt compelled to make an exception after my recent visit to the Croton Ave location. As someone with years of experience in food service management, I am always impressed by a well-run restaurant where guests leave happy and satisfied. On this particular evening, the franchise owner went above and beyond by working behind the line to ensure everything ran smoothly. It's not often you see a franchise owner getting their hands dirty in the kitchen, especially during a busy shift. This level of passion for the business and care for the staff really stood out to me. Even the employee who took my order was eager to chat about the owner and my food was served promptly. If this is the kind of service we can expect at this location, I will definitely be back. Thank you.
