Pizza Joe's - New Castle

Very good pizza! Prices are out of control! Parking: The parking lot is a disaster on both sides.

I called to place an order for delivery. The girl that answered said they only do delivery through Door Dash. I didn't want to do Door Dash, I enjoy being able to tip the people that work at the place I get my food from. So I decided to get my dinner delivered from another pizza place that actually had delivery

Girl at the counter was a biootch and didn't say a word or acknowledge I was there,nvr been there so didn't know u go up and get the pizza slices that looked old,I just went up and figured it out myself cuz I got sick of waiting.then she said I had to get it to go at 7:20 when it said online that they close at 8.doesnt take 40 minutes to eat a few slices but anyhow passed and won't go back to that place,to unprofessional which sux they were rated high but im good on that

This restaurant has a private Facebook group led by a former union chief and ex-police officer named Joe L. They take photos of customers, create emoji-style images, and share them while making fun of people. It's incredibly inappropriate and offensive. Joe L seems to have serious mental issues, and the owner, Joe, appears indifferent. Additionally, their prices are four times higher than competitors like Little Caesars. I do not recommend this place at all.

The staff is always friendly, and I consistently receive outstanding service.
