Lasterday Market - New Castle

Best BLT in the state of Virginia! I travel throughout the state and just happened to be in Newcastle today. My go to breakfast sandwich is the BLT with egg. Let me say that this place makes an exceptional sandwich. The restaurant is set up in a way that makes you feel like you just stepped into your grandmothers living room. Just grab a mug and self-serve the coffee. I look forward to returning

What a small treasure in southwest Virginia. Lovely little cafe with amazing biscuits and coffee. I wish we lived closer but the hour (one way) was well worth the drive!

Fantastic, creative food. Really happy to have found a place like this while wondering around the mountains. Thought my only food option would be gas station pizza

For what appears to be their flagship food, the biscuits were by far the worst thing we could have ordered. I would have prefered biscuits from a fast food restaurant over these cold, crumbly, tasteless lumps of bread. Worst biscuits Ive had at any restaurantThat being said, my friend ordered eggs and french toast and that was very good and the coffee was incredible. Oddly enough if you stay away from what this place seems to be known for you will have a good time.
