Kfc - New Castle

I was just told that they wouldn?t serve me what I wanted bc they ?don?t sell those anymore? despite it being available on the app/website and having a large sign next to the ordering screen. Something needs to be fixed.

There's never a wrong time for KFC and their delicious chocolate chip cookies!

Forgets food I paid for. Location does not care about making it right. Kfc has lost customer. I hope that businesses can start caring about there customers. Prices are to much at a place that can't get the food right. Not to mention that everythingtastes old there.

I'm frustrated with the five employees in their thirties who seem more interested in chatting than making sure orders are packed correctly. When we returned to the drive-thru to inform them that they forgot two items from our order, they had an attitude about it. Sorry, but I'm not the one who neglected to include the items because I was too busy talking.

Terrible experience! It was freezing inside, and people were actually taking their food and leaving. I voiced my concerns, and seven other diners were complaining too! Our potatoes were cold by the time we finished. The chicken was dried out, and the coleslaw had no moisture—it was entirely dry! The clerk mentioned they had just lowered the temperature, and I told them they really needed to raise it! Please look after your customers so they’ll want to return.
