Hot Head Burritos - New Castle

Traveling through on a 10-hour trip, needed something. Spicy Leroy was great, not over spicy. Same size and portions as every other burrito place (the tortillas only come in a few sizes). Way better tasting than Taco Bell or Chipotle. Advice: 4 workers, 1 customer at 2:30 on a Thursday. Not an equation for success, Good Luck

If I could give 0 stars, i would. Went in at 8:20. Online sign on the door said open until 9. A lot of the food items were already pulled from the bar. We ordered 2 burritos, with chicken. Chicken was COLD, old and gross. Employees were more worried about closing up than providing quality food service. Pretty sure we were overcharged--but wasn't given a reciept to even confirm that. Will not be back. Do not recommend. 0/10.

Taco Tuesday, good value. Shells overfill and difficult to eat neat.Staff friendly but not a 5 star. Not bad for perceived age group.

Good and friendly service but the bowls are heavy on the rice and skimpy on the meat and other toppings. Go to Chipotle if you want a better balance.

I went there the other night not only did they mess up my food the over charged me and refused to give me a refund or take food back
