Dunkin Donuts - New Castle

Dunkin (D.A.L.R.T) donated coffee and donuts for my Public Safety event recently Always a good experience with a D.A.L.R.T owned Dunkin

My latte tasted ALCOHOLIC, LIKE THE WATER was so fubared that it gave the drink a fermented whiskey like flavor. For 100$ coffee I'd expect more!

You could order the same cup of coffee everyday for a year. You would still get a different cup of coffee everyday for a year. They are beyond inconsistent. Their attention to detail is mediocre at best and their customer service is terrible. You have acouple gems in that restaurant. If they aren?t working I won?t order from them. If you pride your mornings, don?t come here.Like stop touching the sippy part of my cup bro you don?t even got gloves on.

Coffee is always great, Staff seems unhappy most days(I get it) Food is hit or miss. Not that bad if you expect fast food coffee.

They need more people to work when I was there to drive through was around the building out into the street there was people inside that place is way too busy and people don't get out of there fast enough definitely need more people
