The food tasted good but the mashed potatoes were a significantly lower temperature than the fish, and the fish was half crispy and delicious and half overly crunchy burnt breading. The service was sub par, took over 10 minutes to even be noticed by the server in our area, they never brought us refills, and never brought us the box I requested for my son's leftover supper. It was tasty enough that I'll probably go back unless I get stuck in the same server's section. The manager on duty was polite and put up with my child's goofy nature quite well, he seemed the most competent person there (as he should be lol)

Waited over an hour to be seated (we called ahead for a table) got seated waited for 45 mins to flag down a waitress, food was horrible. Cold, turkey was dry, no rolls and was unable to get drink refilled. This was the waitresses first day by herself and under a difficult situation she was great. Poor preparation and management did not respond well to the business of the day. So Very disappointed. Lisa

Absolutely my favorite place to go. i’ve never had such great service as i walked. in i was greeted by aubrey who had great customer service who sat us immediately the best part of my experience was the waitress (gabbie she was right on what everything our food came quick and she was filling our drinks without us asking. i will be returning soon i love this place.

Unfortunately we won't be back. The waitress was amazing but 4 times we were given dirty utensils.

Two time now my family has attempted eating here. And two times we were standing at the front waiting to be seated or at least but our name down for waiting and no one approached us. Both times we stood there for 10 min as staff walked right by us and didn’t even look our way. So we left. What happened to the basics of customer service? A simple “sorry we are swamped but we will be right there” would make such a huge difference. As we were waiting we overheard someone at the front stating there were two tables who had been seated for over 15 min but no one seemed to know who the waitress would be and they were arguing about it. Unfortunately that was our cue to leave…..again. This placed just seems really unorganized and unable to handle any type of volume as both times we tried to eat here they weren’t very busy. Won’t be back!
