Ranchers Roast Beef - New Carlisle

We had a long day with the car to a date and have passed this little place on the way. my crucifixes said they were supposed to look up, he heard it was really good. I did it, and from what we saw on the pictures, it looked great. on our way to home today we stopped and got all kinds of tasty, especially our eyes were on the mushroom melt. After we got our hot, FRESH sandwiches and cheese curds back, we parked and enjoyed every little ding. the customer service was excellent and it was amazingly fast service for fresh food. we will leave in 2 weeks and will definitely be back!

One of my favorite places to get a meal very inexpensive and I have never had any item i didnt really like. Well worth the stop and money!!

Pretty disappointed honestly, we waited probably 15 minutes in the drive through for our food and when they gave it to us we even asked are both meals in here because it was such a small bag and the lady said yes. Well it was missing a sandwich and the mozzarella sticks were ice cold. They did bring us our sandwich so we didn't have to wait in line again and new mozzarella sticks but I expect more on the first go around.

Awful place to work. Awful management with new owners. Rich donohue is a rude person who belittles his workers and treats them like they’re less than himself. I would not recommend working here or eating here. Nothing is fresh anymore. Everything is cooked and placed on a warmer to be used at a later time. DO NOT eat “rax” roast beef.

What has happened to ranchers?! I haven't been there in a few months, but my god. They had a great pork tenderloin sandwich, the tenderloin way bigger that the bun. Today I got , what appears to be, a frozen tenderloin from Walmart. The fry's are the skinny, soggy kind. Used to be more like a steak fry. The roast beef seemed to be ok. They did change the BBQ Sauce. Now it's a generic sauce. As far as curb appeal goes. The place has always looked like a dump. You folks need to spend some money and fix up the exterior, especially the asphalt. Pot holes like you wouldn't believe. Also too, the sandwich wrappers said Rax. That's strange. A little advice, raise the price and don't cheapen it up. I'm guessing someone has bought this place, or new management. It's going to be closing soon if you don't change your ways
