Unfortunately, I end up getting food poisoning after almost every meal because the chicken is consistently served cold. To make matters worse, the customer service is subpar. Recently, I encountered an unhappy employee who ignored my greeting and was mumbling to herself while shaking her head. This kind of behavior seems to be a regular occurrence. It's clear that your establishment may be losing customers due to the lackluster service provided by your staff. Personally, I would much rather take the time to drive to the Humble or Kingwood locations instead of visiting the New Caney location, which is the closest to me. Overall, my visits here are quite uncomfortable, and both the food quality and customer service need significant improvement.
I visited this location for the first time and found that there wasn't enough staff. After finally placing my order, I was surprised by the portion sizes. When my order was ready, I expected to check out right away, but I waited for a few minutes. I eventually found the cashier in the back preparing pick-up orders. When I asked to check out, I was told to wait just a few seconds, but I felt like I'd already waited too long. In the end, I left without my order.
Every time I visit this restaurant, I always have a fantastic experience with the delicious food. Everything is consistently well-prepared and bursting with incredible flavors. The cleanliness is always impeccable, the chef is always wearing gloves, and there's always a great variety of freshly cooked dishes. The food always tastes and looks so appetizing that I sometimes have a hard time deciding what to order. I love coming here for brunch, and I frequently recommend this place to my friends, family, and anyone looking for a great dining experience.
Good most of the time. Don?t waste your money adding the side queso. Almost $2 and you get a splash of queso in the 4oz cup. When I asked why the container isn?t full like the pic on the app, I was told that?s how it is only 2oz. When I asked if it was false advertising, he just laughed and said I guess so. If the radius of the container is half the size at the bottom then the top you fill it only 1/3. That?s barely 1 Oz
This location has to be the worst 2nd visit will be my last. Staff looks upset Smile guy's it doesn't cost you anything but a better attitude and to pull through. Rushed threw the line, they do not understand you when you're asking questions about what you want and what to expect on your total cost. 11.80 for my bland steak Burrito you would think tortilla chips could come with it but no extra 2.00. Open space to sit and eat not bad on cleanliness that I notice. Super cold temps though I was super cold
