Dunkin' - New Canaan

Very friendly staff. Better setting than most other Dunkin.

NEW LOCATION makes a difference. Prompt order taking. Prompt service. No complaints.

Today is Saturday! What a change from yesterday. Yesterday the young man who helped me was nice, friendly and smiled. The food was great and the coffee was outstanding. Today however was horrible. The lady behind the counter was rude could be the manager I don't know the coffee was horrible. I asked for more 1/2 and 1/2 and I got a drop. When I asked for more it was like I was interrupting the staff. If this was my first time I would never go back. Shows you staff is everything ! We threw away our food and went next door. Signed Disappointed!

Great location. Staff seems they could Careless about customers (Except the very nice small Asian girl who always seems to small and make an effort). The manager does NOT care for the quality of food or drinks.

The worst run Dunkin on the planet. Staff constantly making mistakes on orders, massive delays and lines. Apparent consistent mass confusion between managers and staff.
