My wife and I were on the island for the first time on Monday, July 3 and began to get a craving for something sugary a few hours before our scheduled ferry

A group of us came out to Pelee for a weekend of quiet and relaxation.

A very popular spot on the island for a coffee and pastry or sandwich and salad. They have pizza nights too.

This establishment is always busy. Usually they are closed Mondays. Thursday Friday and Saturday nights they keep ovens on and make Pizza which is excellent and they are open to 9pm. Great if you are arriving on the late Ferry and want a quick dinner.Also Sunflower bread and baguette's are terrific.Full service Deli as well with limited selection, and great desserts.

I have never come across gluten-free puff pastry. This Apple Blossom was exceptional! Too bad can only be found on Pelee Island.
