I ordered a burger from this place, and it was overcooked and made with a frozen patty. I've had better burgers from Burger King! I won't be coming back here again!

I went in to order a burger deluxe, or just a burger with sides. I asked for coleslaw and pickles, but when the waiter returned, he told me they didn’t have pickles. After I finished my burger, I requested the bill and was surprised to see they charged me $4 for a small package of coleslaw. It's not about the money, but rather the principle of it all. They should really consider changing the restaurant's name; calling it a diner seems misleading when they can't even offer coleslaw and pickles on the side. They also should have ketchup on the tables, and I noticed they don’t serve paper napkins. Overall, I was quite disappointed and I don't plan on coming back.

The views were fantastic! Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. Our server seemed disinterested, crossing her arms and acting as if we were an inconvenience. She largely ignored our table, and when I had to go to the bar for another drink, she gave me a very unfriendly look. I don't plan to return, especially since the lowest tipping option was 20%, which I felt they definitely didn’t deserve. There are plenty of rooftop spots in NYC where you can spend your money and be served by professional and friendly staff.

I would learn to build a time machine to eliminate this mistake! Used to love this place years ago, first visited in a while and what a mistake. Reheated potatoes, bland eggs, burned organic toast and the strangest tasting sausage I've ever had. Not taste, but texture, it was weird. I wish I could undo this and would be willing to go back to school and become a physics/engineering major and quantum physics to spend years building a time machine to go back in time just to stop me from going to this place. I didn't like it that much.

Nothing redeemable or enjoyable about any elements of our meal. We came mid morning on a Wednesday and the place looks like it needs an overhaul in so many aspects. The staff was complaining loudly to each other about mean chefs, work drama, management without a concern if guests could hear. Our server also donned an ear bud and got our order wrong. The bar area had old holiday decor, dusty kitchen-esque decorations and random alcohol bottles (not top shelf). The food was really mediocre and our server only came back to check on us to drop off the bill. We had an egg/potato plate where the potatoes were overcooked yet cold. I ordered grilled banana Nutella French toast (with bananas on the side) and the bananas were still on it, of course. Maybe our servers ear bud impeded his ability to hear accurately. My husband said two stars is too generous. Never again.
