Dunkin' - New Brunswick

The restaurant is a comfortable place to relax while waiting for your train. The donuts and coffee are fresh, making it a fantastic choice. Overall, I give it a 5 out of 5!

The staff interrupted me while I was trying to place my order and ended up giving me a drink that was completely different from what I requested, even after I tried to clarify three times.

The place has an unpleasant odor and is not very clean, but the coffee is from the chain.

I order Avocado Toast with Bacon and Tomatoes along with an Ice Latte w/ whipped cream and caramel drizzle. I got the Ice Latte first with No Caramel Drizzle then as I sat there I realized that my train was 8 min out. Mind you Dunkin was not busy at all, a couple of guest nothing more that they couldn 't handle for a staff of 3. I arrived about 15min prior to my train so I have time to order... That wasn 't the case, the cook totally forgot my order when I asked him. Then when I told him my train is coming in 5 min he proceed to handle other orders that were after me instead making mine a priority. I voiced my concern several times until time ran out and I had to leave without eating breakfast. Bunch of kids unsupervised that didn 't care at all about their customers. The experience for a fast food place that was fully staffed to make a avocado toast within 15min is embarrassing. New Brunswick Train station deserves a better Coffee Shop... Dunkin is a franchise that doesn 't care about its customers and being a part of the local scene. Get a small business coffee shop in there. Dunkin needs to close down.

I tell you, nobody wants to work anymore. I stood there today at the register and instead of taking my order. The girl proceeded to ignore me and chat with her friends so I left. You really can’t find good people anymore.
