Pho 400 - New Brighton

The prices are good and eating is great. that's my lunch. I had the pho,- feather and vulture rolls, fried rice, potsticker. it's always so good. I recommend everything, but I'm a huge Pho-person and that's the best I had in mn.

We love this place. both eating and service. I hope that those of them give a star rating that they give them another chance. it could be one of their favorites. we used to live in new brighton and would often go. we left about 15 minutes, but we're still going back. we only had a bad service when our favorite server was gone. he is Hispanic. we let them know we wouldn't come back if it happened again, and it hasn't happened since. the lady is super nice. She's quiet, but kind and she remembers us when we get in. Remember to ask for for forks if they don't use the sticks. beef phó, veggie phó, creamy cheese competitions, spring rolls with tofu instead garnelen, and tofu roasted rice are our favorite meals we order there. ? the taste is noticeable! perfect every time they ask me.

The service is exceptional, and the food is undeniably delicious and fantastic. It feels like home.

Except pots on the parking lot, the spring rolls and pho with sufficient seating are large! I work close, so it's hard to eat here every day.

Overall, it was a decent experience. The fish sauce was well-balanced and not overly sweet. We tried the Banh Mi, and they were enjoyable—just make sure to order extra meat. My son had the chicken fried rice, which he found quite good, especially with a little fish sauce added. Like many restaurants in the area, the dishes could use a bit more seasoning, as they tend to be somewhat bland. It's not bad, just could use more flavor.
