Mcdonald's - New Braunfels

This is the second time we've visited this McDonald's in a week, and both experiences have been frustrating. The first time, our order was missing cutlery, straws, hash browns, and syrup for the pancakes. Today, we received two breakfast plates, but with no pancakes! I also gave my sister a reward code for my coffee, but she said the code was invalid. When she called to ask about it, the staff told her she couldn't use the code without having my phone with her. They didn't even check my phone. If I could rate it zero stars, I would. While the manager did try to correct our order, it shouldn't take multiple visits to get it right.

The checkout staff were friendly, but I had to wait about 5-6 minutes for my food. The burger was warm, almost like it had been reheated. The fries were warm but seemed overcooked, suggesting they might have been sitting out for a while. The buns on the burgers tasted different, like they were made from bread that was 1-2 days old. This experience didn't live up to the fast food quality I used to expect from McDonald's. I also requested an entrance (twice) but didn’t receive one.

I want to start by saying that this was my first visit to a McDonald's in a long time. I went there because my elderly mother requested it. I ordered my usual: a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit with coffee, and it was enjoyable. The young woman who took my order was pleasant and friendly. However, I was disappointed to find out that some items were unavailable, including McGriddles and orange juice—both of which I had planned to get. I made some substitutions, and everything turned out fine. Overall, the food was good, and the service at the checkout was welcoming.

6am breakfast, order kiosk says to order at counter. 10 min later someone shows up to take order. Iced coffee came out with no ice, oatmeal was dried up, and the dumbest thing yall did was taking out the drink machine. Now no one gets refills. Who wants to wait 10 min to get someone attention to get refills?Food: 2/5

Ordered the new smoky BLT double quarter pounder. My burger had only one patty and no bacon to be found. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and the Mayo didn’t make it into the sandwich, it was just all over the wrapper. Ordered a coke and got a Dr Pepper. On top of this, the guy at check out was not friendly, seemed like he hated his job and wanted to be anywhere else but there. Ignored me twice when I asked for ketchup and sauce, still none to be found in my bag. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, you will be happier.
