Mcdonald's - New Braunfels

I always enjoyed Mc Donald's from the happy meal to the Big Mac. But this restaurant is near my house and I am quite enthusiastic about it. The food is served immediately and the customer service is excellent. I'd like to say hello to the Black Manager. He meets his customers and treats me and my wife like us in a four-star restaurant. Next post I will have his name. But I really enjoy this place.

Went pretty easy 2 happy meals 2 burger meals both happy meals wrong thank god realized no drinks for kids before we left. However when we got home 1 meal 2 fries no apples 1 meal fine .same toy for 2 weeks idk no good today. Most if the time fineFood: 3/5

Carmen the manager is rude and disrespectful. I ordered delivery through the McDonald's app. After 40 minutes I called customer support. They told me it showed that a delivery driver is waiting for the store to complete my order. They called the driver he didn't answer, so they told me to call the store and see if my order has been made. When I called I was told that the McDonald's app doesn't offer delivery and that I was mistaken. I told her I can see my order on the app that there's a driver there waiting for my food. She screams at me, and then hangs up on me. Fast forward 40 minutes later a delivery driver shows up with ice cold food and drinks with melted ice. The absolute worst McDonald's location. It's bad enough that my food was super late and cold. I just threw it away. The way she spoke to me was terrible. Some people shouldn't be in customer service.

Good food. Team is always very helpful, sometimes Drive Through is very slow due to high volume of cars and short staff. But food is good.Food: 5/5

We made a DoorDash order and it’s wrong. Things happen, but when we call to have the order fixed, you can’t get through. It’s constantly busy. If you’re going to get the order wrong, at least be available to correct it.
