Long John Silver's A&w - New Braunfels

We have eaten here twice. Won’t eat here again. Fish tacos made with half a piece of fish and no dressing on the rotten cabbage. When ordering the grilled shrimp, they were little tiny pieces of shrimp, no tail, like popcorn shrimp. Not at all worth the money you spend. New Braunfels deserves better.

What can I say. We don’t go for good food. Prices are actually getting too high for their food quality. The picture is of a meal with double fries. I would hate to see 1 order. Had a hard time finding a clean table and they just opened.

To the team at Long John Silver's tonight, I just want to commend you on the excellent and friendly customer service. The food was served hot, and everything was delicious! Even with the restaurant being really busy, you all did an amazing job, and the food came out quickly!

Don't go to Long John's often, but when I do this location has always had good and prompt service. Food is always hot and fresh when it comes out.
