Jack In The Box - New Braunfels

This restaurant has incredibly slow service, and every time I try to pick up my order through Uber, the doors are always locked. I understand they had some construction going on, but that's no longer the case. There are signs instructing customers to order takeout, but when you arrive, all the doors are closed. The side entrance near the parking lot is always shut as well, and there isn't even a sign directing us to use another entrance. If they insist on locking all the doors, they should at least put up signs on every one of them. On rainy days, this really saves time and keeps us from getting soaked!

It's unfortunate to share this, especially as a fan of Jack in the Box, but how do you forget the main ingredient on not one, but TWO burgers? One of my children's cheeseburgers was missing the meat patty—just shaking my head. It's ironic that one of the review options was about vegetarian options being available; it feels like I was unintentionally pushed into that category.

This Jack in the Box is the best one we've been to in years. The staff working on New Year's Eve around 8:00 PM were friendly, quick, and the food they prepared was fantastic!

I had ordered 2 Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger meals. Both burgers had only one child sized patty and two strips of bacon on a child sized bun. This isn't a mistake it is a rip off plain and simple. Then to top it off, the listed phone number is disconnected. So there is no way to call and hold them accountable. I live on the other side of town and I am in no mood to drive all the way back in the rain. If you go here, make sure to check everything you order before driving away.
