Coronado's Sweet Heat Bbq

We were staying close by and decided to give this a try. We showed up an hour before closing, so we had realistic expectations about what might be available. We were able to get the brisket and the cherry glazed pulled pork. Both were very tender and very tasty. We tried all three of the sauces and they were all quite good as well. The service at the window was helpful and friendly. If we lived in this area, we would definitely be regulars! You might need to double back after you pass by this location the first time, as the food trailer is well back from the street and hard to see at first. But, it is worth finding! To say that any other BBQ is better than this would be splitting very subjective hairs. This BBQ should satisfy even the most critical BBQ fan.

Wow! Always phenomenal. We had a frito pie with brisket and a baked potato. They clearly take great pride in everything they serve. The brisket could go toe to toe with any of the famous Austin spots that are twice the price and hour long lines. Best frito pie in Texas and by extension, the world. Friendliest service around. Keep doing what you're doing!

I finally got around to trying Coronado's and WOW. Amazing ribs (brisket was already sold out). Good selection of sides and the Carolina BBQ sauce is fantastic. The Cherry BBQ sauce is equally excellent, but on the sweet side. Really intense flavor and perfectly moist ribs.I'm glad I live close to such terrific BBQ and can't wait ot get more.

Best Spare Ribs I’ve EVER had!!! My family and I owned several BBQ restaurants in Virginia. These guys are legit and doin’ BBQ RIGHT! I will be here at least once a week from now on. Brisket and sides are amazing. And make sure to get there before the Blueberry Buckle sells out. Way to go guys… y’all are so sweet too?Parking: Lots of parking

As a lifelong Texan, I consider myself a barbecue connoisseur, and I can confidently say these ribs are among the best I've ever had. They’re cooked to a perfect pink, practically falling off the bone, and they practically melt in your mouth. The seasoning is spot on, and that sauce… oh, that sauce. "Sweet Heat" is an apt name; it makes Sweet Baby Ray’s taste bland in comparison and leaves just the right amount of kick to make every bite absolutely worth it. And the dessert? Those blueberry buckles are absolutely divine. They’re basically a double layer cheesecake topped with blueberry pie filling and some enchanting twist that I can't quite place, and the portion size is very generous for the price. The guy at the counter mentioned it's his mom's family recipe. 10/10 would absolutely eat here again. I definitely will be back.
