Ordered 2 meals that included fries but when I came to window and paid I was then told they don’t actually don’t have fries . The food was mid unlike usual that is usually good also the potato salad definitely did not hit.Food: 3/5

Ordered bean and cheese tacos. The tortillas were burnt and had spots peeled off instead of properly disposed of and remade. I didn’t know until I drove away and ate them later. Beans and cheese were good though. Staff was friendly.Food: 2/5

I like this place! The people are polite and very helpful. The ribs are fantastic, and I definitely got a full belly. The place was pretty quiet, and service was fast. The sweet tea takes me back to my childhood and tastes like the tea my mother made. Surprisingly, the price is very competitive and we got our money's worth. I recommend that you eat here! .... they won't let you thumb wrestle for your meal, but still have a sense of humor about it.

What happened with customer service? I have eaten at Bill Millers for 30+yrs. No food in containers. One person taking order at cash register? I see 5 people behind the wall standing there talking with each other. A guy that looks like he may be a manager saw us and hid. I am done with New Braunfels location! Pathetic!Food: 2/5

Eggs very dry and clumped in my taco. I asked for extra bacon on both tacos and got extra bacon on 1 taco. Also they didn't give napkins. People have lost the meaning of good customer service. ?Food: 2/5
