Sonic Drive-in - New Bern

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. I worked here for a while, and it was definitely worth it. The manager is exceptional; she was incredibly supportive during my time there in 2007.

The ice cream tent was a hit with the kids! The outdoor seating was great, so there was no melting ice cream in the car. We had a wonderful time!

The food was served promptly and was delicious, and our server was friendly. The only issue we encountered was sitting at one of the outdoor tables, which had an overwhelming number of flies. We found ourselves rushing through our meal and constantly swatting them away. It seems like the garbage can might be placed too close to the tables.

I love this place, it's my favorite place! I love her food. You have some of the best burgers in New Bern. The only problem I have is that they could improve their building and make the building look better. I never had a bad car hop that always treated me with respect and have great settings.

We ordered chili cheese tots, mozzarella sticks, a slush, shake, and sonic blast. All of the food was good. The lady who came out was nice, but we were never told over the intercom that the credit card systems were down at all. This left us scrambling for cash at the last minute when our food came out. It was a little frustrating. There were no signs on the order screen saying that the credit card system was down and that they only took cash.
