Sonic Drive-in - New Bern

The computer system was down and the Sonic team came out to take orders. No extended waiting time and the order was perfect. Excellent customer service. I was very impressed by her teamwork in a crisis. The playground is large and I would recommend it for travelling families and birthday parties in a pinch.

This is our favorite Sonic! The playground is so funny for the children, there are many tables in the shade, and the staff are very nice. And sometimes they are also roller shutters!

Always faster service at this point. Very recommended for always order from the app to get half award-winning drinks at any time. Always crispy, which tends to be a problem with many fast food places around here.

I hate to leave a negative assessment that I usually love to come here, but tonight was different. I put a mobile order for 20:48? ASAP? Pick up with a tip. After waiting for 15 minutes, I called and they said they had it right away. 10-15 minutes walk past and I intercom this time again I was hit with a quick we? re do shift please wait, so after another wait about 40-45 min from the beginning I hit the button twice and no answer. So I called her business phone and the manager came to my truck and looked at my order went in and said she brought it out earlier, but could not find that I apparently was a stable over, as always was the only mark for my stable, which I apparently on the app was missing a number on the stable (not my fault). The biggest problem was after recognition it was?t my fault and my food was sitting for God knows how long I don't offer fresh food any offer for discount or refund or anything!!!!

Recommend, always fast and friendly, something not common with most Sonics I've visited in MI, TX, TN. Great location with huge play area outside with plenty seating available and spots to park car. Have had two times where items were off or missed but handled perfectly everytime, again something set apart from other Sonics I've visited (this being I've called corporate before on other locations and nothing being done by anybody).. this location is set apart from them as they seems to take care of its problems instead of handing off to corporate. Lot and area was kept clean and organized, would recommend stopping by.
