Pizza Hut - New Bern

I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable.

Terrible service at this restaurant! The management is poor, and the food quality leaves much to be desired. Customers are kept waiting too long for seating. I saw one couple stand at the entrance for 10 minutes while there were empty tables that weren’t cleaned. The pizza buffet was consistently empty, and many items on the salad bar were not replenished. The quality of the salad bar offerings was questionable at best. Our server mentioned that they are often short-staffed due to frequent employee call-outs, but effective management would have anticipated the needs for the lunchtime rush. Unfortunately, both the quality and taste of the food have declined significantly; it’s just not what it used to be. The lack of quiet areas is also very disappointing!

I really appreciate the buffet and admire the efforts they make for the community.

Good price for the buffet. Had more food than the food was eaten. Beautiful atmosphere, cartoons and sports on TVs

Went to this location for the lunch buffet. I normally see at least 8 pizzas out on the table for the buffet to include a dessert pizza and multiple different types of other pizza. Unfortunately, there were only 4 pizzas out on the table. All cut into very small slices.... If there were any slices at all. The salad was acceptable. Unfortunately we had to wait a good amount of time for any new pizzas to come out to the buffet and when they did... The entire restaurant got up to ransack the pizza. So your only choices if you were not quick enough was stale bread sticks or cold stale dessert bread sticks. Waitress was nice.
