Mj's Raw Bar & Grille - New Bern

Update: went again. I think this is my new Fav place! fish and chips, garnelen salatsandwich, clam chowder, and the crabs above bretzel (omg amazing)! great little place expected not much, and it exceeded our expectations. beautiful variety on the menu so seafood lovers, and non-Seafood eating had many possibilities. for an app we had the crazy shrimp cup. delicious. the new england clam chowder was phenomenal. loaded with whistle! the seafood pots was amazing with tons garnel, crumbs, scallops and mush. also homemade chest! the garnel roll was light and fresh, with a beautiful amount of garnel. the service was also on the point. we will definitely work back on our way through the menu!

By far one of the better experiences in nc. juicy oysters and some must have crabcakes. the seafood pots also pie my expectations! service was great and attentive. a must try when in the new bern area!

An early dinner with the family at MJ’s found several dishes to be shared and a escape of garnelen scampi was just the right amount for a hungry teenager. since I have a garnel allergy, it has been suggested that I do not eat fried food. this in turn means in principle an salate, since the cross-contamination prevails exactly over everything on the menu. MJ’s was crowded on Thursday at 17 o’clock. beautiful to see families fun to eat. my family said they would definitely return to mj. when they enjoy old bay seasoning, it is in use at MJ’s. mixed drinks, beer, weine, tee water offered.

I eat at mj every time I am in new burn! great eating and great service.

The only 5 star every time. I can’t express how much I love to visit here. I wish it were closer than 5.5 hours from my house but it’s probably best it’s not. When I go to the eastern part of NC I alway make sure to plan a stop here. Crab dip is the best I ever had and the first mates platter just hits the sweet spot!
