Half Time Pub Grub - New Bern

We might have chosen an off day to visit, but our entire experience was disappointing. There was a leak in the ceiling that dripped on us, and the bartender seemed more focused on flirting with a customer than attending to the bar.

This rating isn't a reflection of the server; she was very sweet and still in training. However, the food was just average at best. While I understand it's bar food, our experience was underwhelming.
