Buffalo Wild Wings - New Berlin

Store was clean and I was greeted quickly. The woman who greeted me refused to hand me my food in my extended hand. I feel she was disappointed that I didn’t tip for my PICK UP order.

Went here for lunch and this waitress forgot the name was the best waitress in the restaurant with very good service, and crispy food even when I needed more sweet BBQ sauce she got it in about 15 secs and when we got there she only found 1 kids menu which was fine with me

We had to wait 27 minutes, before we had a waitress/server come to our table!Almost another 15 minutes for 1 tap beer 1 margarita.A gentleman brought out only 1 meal. Than we had to ask for my meal. We had to ask both times for silverware napkins.Very disappointed.Randy McArthur

I went here around 3pm didn't get service until 45 mins in (was trying to order takeout) received my food to not only get half of my order but it was a hassle just to get them to remake the other half (we drove 30 mins there, just to do another 30 mins to get the other half of our food). For the inconvenience I received 3 free 6 pcs wing coupon.HIGHLY don't recommend I'll rather deal with water st.

The last three times we tried to go there they either wouldn't let you sit in the restaurant area, or they wouldn't seat you for 20 or more minutes. This place is trash. Bw3 should get bought out by a company who gives a damn. They used to be the go to spot for me and my family and now it is an absolute last resort.
