Arby's - New Berlin

The restaurant's hours are inconsistent because of staffing shortages, but they offer friendly service. It's my favorite fast food spot!

Price of food was not in according to the menu board in drive thru. $11.21 for a sandwich, fries and a small lemonade filled with ice. That's too much. Won't return,even though chicken sandwich was very good.

I wanted to take my 9-year-old daughter out for dinner, and she chose our local Arby's. She's a cheap date, but Arby's has good food so I was happy to go along with her choice. However, when we arrived at dinner time, we found that the lobby was locked and there was a sign on the door saying it was drive-thru only. Since I didn't want to eat in the car and needed to use the restroom, we ended up going to Cleveland Pub and Grill instead, where I enjoyed some fried pickles. I was disappointed that my local Arby's didn't meet my expectations, especially since this isn't West Allis.

I wish I could give this restaurant zero stars! They should just close their doors for good. The hours are inconvenient, the customer service is terrible, and the managers are awful.

Update your hours! Arrived twice within the posted hours and they were closed both times. Closed at 5pm on a weekend?
