Applebee's Neighborhood Grill

Restaurant was clean, waitress was nice and friendly. Don't wait. Food was great! Service was great! Shrimp stir fry was excellent!

We had a nice meal and a good experience in the other night, server was polite and efficient, the place was clean from the first step out of the car. Wood was abundantly hot and tasty. 2 minor problems that cost this visit top brands.1 the French onion soup could have been a touch hotter to melt the cheese completely at the top and the redit card system was down. Give them credit to find out how to get fees quickly

I had a very disappointing experience at the restaurant. The background music was excessively loud for the soft rock genre being played. The tortilla chips were so salty that they were inedible. The server was new and seemed to be training someone else, which created a chaotic situation. At one point, the server took our order but then turned her back on us to work on something at a kiosk, and she didn’t know how to retrieve our ticket. Meanwhile, other customers were left sitting without being served. The server came to our table to confirm our order but got it wrong twice, including the side salad dressing. Unfortunately, the manager didn't seem prepared to handle the situation when several tables complained. Although the manager was apologetic, they did not take effective steps to address the poor service. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and not one that left us with a pleasant impression.

Friday, January 24. The first impression was hard to shake. The cabin where we initially sat had a 6-8 inch crack with the filling exposed, which made it feel cramped for our group of five. The visible dirt and damage were quite off-putting. When I brought it up to a waitress, she mentioned that there was another area that had been torn but said that management hadn’t addressed it. The service was slow, but the food was good.

The food was tasty, but the service left much to be desired. There was hardly anyone else there besides one other table, yet our waitress didn't bring the extra drink we requested until we had finished our meals. She also forgot the dipping sauce we asked for when we placed our order. My baked potato arrived completely plain—no butter, no sour cream, nothing at all. My daughter ordered ribs and specified everything she wanted, but still had to be asked about the sauce selection. Overall, it just wasn't worth it. I would prefer decent or even satisfactory food paired with attentive service over good food accompanied by poor service. If the restaurant had been busy, I might have understood the issues, but it was completely empty.
