This is my go to pizza place when i am in a pizza mood. Today my pizza was over cooked, dry and could have used more cheese. Usually it is made just right. I called and talked to Donnie and he is going to make it right. Very nice employees, clean and usually excellent pizza.
Back in May ordered a Large BLT pizza deep dish, they made a thin crust didn 't notice it till I got home. Picked it up from the same girl with different colored hair as usual. Called when I got home and noticed it was thin crust. They were going to put a note in my account that I was to get a replacement pizza for my next order. I called today yes a few months later cause I haven 't been in town and they have nothing in their system for me. How convenient. So basically out of my order that they were supposed to make right. Will never order from them again. Made me feel like I was lying. Like do ppl really lie about food?? If you do that 's sad. Just pathetic. You 've now lost a customer because you couldn 't find it in the system cause the different colored hair girl didn 't do her job and replace my Large BLT deep dish pizza. Absolutely unreal. And how funny the different colored hair girl doesn 't work there anymore . Also noticed while I was waiting for my pizza 3 other customers orders were wrong and the different colored hair girl and some guy rolled their eyes when told the order was wrong. I 'm not surprised they messed up mine and won 't fix it now. Will never come back to this Jets.
The service was great even though I did not get the food I ordered. The customer service was great. I had to cancel the order and it was done promptly and efficient.
Very nice people in New Baltimore store, was a driver there and was having a problem with my GPS during my deliveries. Worked for Lyft for 5 yrs and everything was automatically generated in the GPS. I told them I was having a problem and they stood mute.(Management) Employees were helpful and kind. If a Manager would of sat me down and kindly showed me how to correctly manage my GPS I would have a Job still. Probably a 3 min fix to my issue concerning my Job. So I delivered a pizza late due to GPS issues and the customer threaten to beat my ass and wanted me to throw the first punch and his wife said get a real job and she said don 't you know how to read so I guess I got fired because my GPS didn 't work perfectly.
