Biggby Coffee - New Baltimore

I have had mixed experiences. Im a fan of biggby becoz of the many flavored drink options. There is a gentleman older than the rest that makes it fun when you go here. Otherwise, i ask if anyone likes their job there ?im just grateful for resources to purchase my drinks!

I ordered the new Oreo drink and it came out to $8.36 and came with a ice chunk so big I couldn’t drink it don’t recommend for price

Customer service completely sucked Employees just stood there and ignored me when I was wanting to order something. I had To speak up and ask for help.

Was so slow I had to leave without getting my coffee.

Nice baristas, good menu selection, and delicious coffee.
