Kfc - New Albany

I?m not going to eat at KFC again. It?s the second time I have gotten food poisoning. I might talk to the health department.

I visited the KFC on Charlestown road on Thursday June 30th around 7pm. I just wanted to say how sweet and kind our cashier Sarah was.

I have to say, this restaurant has the best chicken I've ever had. I even froze some and reheated it in the microwave months later and it still tasted delicious!

The food was tasty, but the service was slow. It likely would have been quicker if the drive-through employee was not on the phone and actually focused on their work.

The chicken pieces were very small at this restaurant. The breast was more like a thigh because it had very little meat on it, and the leg was also small. They didn't even ask me what type of chicken I wanted (original or crispy). In addition, they did not include any butter, honey, or salt in the bag. Overall, KFC in Seymour was a disappointing experience.
