Usually very positive experience. Unfortunately the gal that served my daughter and I clearly was having a bad day. My daughter had a footlong meatball loaded with too much sauce. I ordered a footlong Boss that only had 5 meatballs and the rest sauce. Then she left it in the toaster too long and burnt it. It was blatantly apparent she didn’t want to be there and it showed in our food. The other gal was very cheery and nice. Hopefully next time we’ll get a different server. I feel like this subway is trending down. We get subway frequently when visiting the in-laws but it seems that the last few times they've messed up our orders. This time they added olives on a sandwich. And a lot of them. There was more olives than meat. Usually go here weekdays and it's great. Good experienced staff make a sandwich as you expect. Weekends are different. Usually staffed by teenagers of varying quality. Some of them clearly don't give a damn one bit. Go for weekdays and stay away on weekends
