Pilot Travel Center - Nevada

I had a great experience at the restaurant! The customer service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The bathrooms were clean, which is always a plus. Plus, the chicken strips were served hot and fresh. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

The coffee selection was very limited, and I encountered a man in the bathroom who appeared to be giving himself a sponge bath, which was quite unclean. I also felt completely overlooked when I walked in; nobody acknowledged my presence, not even with a nod.

I arrived at 8:30 PM, but the free parking lot was full. Although there were three reserved spots available, when I backed into one, I went inside to pay and was informed that I couldn't park there because those spots were already taken. As a result, I had to find parking on the on-ramp. I don't agree with the reserved parking system; it should be first come, first served if that's how it operates.

Old skool on the shower process since they don?t have the app connect? but really clean showers and nice people? met the manager on night shift and she was really nice? they have 3 showers for 70 parking spot? so be nice and patient? good job guys

This is one of the best (if not the best) gas and truck stops in Nevada, MO. They offer a wide selection of fresh pizza, deli items, and soups. The facilities and restrooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and efficient. We especially enjoyed the freshly brewed coffee, made with ground coffee for each cup. We will definitely stop here again on our travels.
